In July 2017, a Pennsylvania teacher pled guilty to sexual abuse of a student at a home/school for troubled girls in the Philadelphia suburbs. These types of cases have not slowed down, and in fact, have increased in the past several years.
Last month, the PA Superior Court issue a major ruling in the William Lynn criminal case. The court ordered a new trial. The DA’s office has filed a motion for reargument which is expected to be ruled on in February. Stay tuned.
